The Company

AsTer Ingenieurbüro GbR was founded in 2001. As an owner-managed firm, we combine technical depth with entrepreneurial responsibility. Our partners Melahat Aslan and Michael Termin bring extensive experience from two technically demanding industries: mobile communications and automotive engineering.

Today our focus is on AI-driven solutions – for clients in the Automotive, Energy and IT sectors.

Our Journey

• Mobile Communications – Hardware/Software Development Development and testing of protocol testers; introduction and operation of the quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001.
• Automotive – ECU Development (since 2001) Projects at OEMs and suppliers: Infotainment (radio, TV, media, diagnostics), brakes/steering/cluster (diagnostics). Activities: software development, requirements and change management, development-integrated quality assurance, configuration management.
• AI-Driven Solutions – Today and Tomorrow Applying modern AI technologies: automation, intelligent agents, knowledge bases and locally operated, GDPR-compliant language models – for Automotive, Energy and IT.
